Meeting procedures 

The board discussed establishing formal meeting procedures, including having the President draft agendas and provide monthly financial updates. Members offered to share templates from other boards to help structure discussions.

Financial status update 

The Finance Department reported billings were up from last month but still below target. Several large grants were submitted that could generate new positions and significant revenue if approved.

Grant applications and opportunities 

Finance has applied for an Office 365 grant that could provide free software licenses. The President submitted grants for new prevention programs that could employ local coordinators. A telehealth grant was also submitted to continue virtual services.

Building lease negotiations 

The elementary school space has issues like dated infrastructure and restricting other tenants. The team will tour an available office that requires fewer renovations but a decision is pending. Mobile options were discussed if needed.
