Domestic Violence Intervention

The Domestic Violence Intervention Program is an evidence-based counseling program designed to help individuals recognize, address, and change patterns of abusive behavior. Led by qualified professionals, the program offers 13, 26, or 52 sessions in both group and individual counseling formats. Through structured lessons, practical tools, and guided discussions, participants learn healthier ways to manage emotions, cope with stress, and build positive relationships.

Admission Criteria

Age: Adolescents or Adults

Program Structure

The program is delivered through structured sessions designed to build knowledge, self-awareness, and skills for positive behavior change. Core components include:

  • Applying the four-step time-out method: recognize, retreat, relax, and return

  • Practicing belly breathing with the one-two-three-four method

  • Using visualization to support relaxation and stress management
