With over 22 years at the Agency, Steve manages the operations at the Scranton and East Stroudsburg treatment centers. He is also responsible for agency-wide training programs.
Lisa has over 25 years of experience working with at-risk youth. She has been with PATH for over 19 years, originally as a caseworker and now as the director of the organization’s ASE programs and as the program manager for the East Stroudsburg location.
Angel Vaccaro specializes in substance abuse and trauma therapy. Her Master’s Degree is in psychology/counseling and she graduated with honors. She is in the process of obtaining her Professional Counseling license. Angel started at PATH in 2017 and became Facility Director at our Honesdale location in 2018. She has a passion for bringing wholeness to the broken and hopeless.
Virginia is a LSW with over 16 years experiencing in working with at risk youth and families in a variety of settings. As the Clinical Director, Virginia oversees the Intensive Adolescent Day Treatment Program for both the East Stroudsburg and Scranton locations. Additionally, Virginia is responsible for all the mental health trainings in the agency.
Vincent Sears, MA, is the Director of the Drug and Alcohol Program at PA Treatment and Healing. Mr. Sears has over 8 years of clinical and supervisory experience in the field of professional counseling and clinical psychology and is currently working towards his PhD. Mr. Sears has developed guidelines for community programs, as well as presented on a variety of areas including psychotherapeutic process, emotional development, social justice, and diversity in the clinical field; with interests in trauma, marginalized segments of society, people of color, and the health of individuals/families.
